Farmhouse
- where it all started
The original family home, where mother Rosie started welcoming guests about 30 years ago, today consists of 8 luxury rooms. Relax next to the private swimming pool amidst the chirping birds. The established gardens around the house would be able to tell stories of times gone by if only one would listen long enough.
Mountain Manor
- the latest addition to the Berluda family.
Set against the backdrop of the hills of Schoemanshoek, the Mountain Manor offers an exclusive setting close to nature. Several 19th century buildings have been converted into luxury rooms, consisting of the original manor house, the stables as well as the old shed. 2 Swimming pools in the extensive and well-kept gardens can cool guests off during the hot summer months in the Karoo.
Self Catering Cottages
- ideal for families and friends’ getaway.
The original farmhouse of 8th generation Jannie Schoeman was converted into the first self-catering cottage in 2007. Today a total of 8 cottages welcome guests to the tranquillity of the valley. Each is equipped with a kitchen and private braai facilities with spectacular views of the valley and mountains.. Make sure you have enough time in your schedule to enjoy the large swimming pool and BBQ area next to the cottages.
